It introduces the basic concept of metadata and index dictionary and related problems on index dictionary and index dictionary metadata management method, expounds the index dictionary design idea and the way of description, discusses the metadata support platform framework and indicators in the acquisition, storage and application of metadata. It also expounds the index metadata maintenance management process, which realizes the management and application of index dictionary in enterprise scope and guarantees the standardization of telecom business index and consistency.
