摘要
通过对某变电站750 kV主变压器油中乙炔超标问题进行离线油色谱分析、现场内检及返厂解体检查,发现放电点,并对放电原因进行分析,通过更换铁心油道绝缘材料的方式消除主变压器内部故障,同时对制造工艺及质量提出了建议。
Based on the offline chromatographic analysis result and check both in the site and factory, this paper ana- lyzes the the discharg that result in excess acetylene in some 750 kV power transformer oil, gives advices for impro-ving manufactofing technology and quality of 750 kV power transformer.
