摘要
研究讨论了汽车总装MES质量管理系统的管理流程和环境要求,通过设计构建本系统,建立产品加工参数或检测数据的采集、质量追溯信息库,利用产品谱溯、在线库谱溯,产品质量和质量趋势的监控,实现了对质量缺陷的跟踪管理,有效缩短了追溯周期,较好的解决了汽车装配过程中的制造质量问题,实现了精益生产管理的目标,促进了企业管理水平和信息化水平的提升。
The management processes and environmental requirements of the quality management system about automobile assembly IVIES were discussed and analyzed. Based on the analysis, a new system was designed and implemented, including the collection of the product processing parameter and the detection data, the construction of the database, the monitoring of the product quality and the quality trend using the tracebacks of the product spectrum and the online library spectrum. Based on the above improvement, the tracking management of quality defects was implemented. It shortens the traceback cycle, solves the product quality problems of the automobile assembly process, achieves the goal of lean production management and promotes the enterprise management and informatization level.
