摘要 利用Aspen Plus建立生物质与煤在循环流化床锅炉共燃的模型,在不同掺烧比例、燃烧温度、含水率、空燃比条件下,研究了生物质与煤混合燃烧时燃烧产物的排放规律。结果表明,燃烧产物NO,NO2,SO2,CO,CO2的排放量均随生物质水分的增加而减少,而SO3,H2O随生物质水分的增加而增加;燃烧温度随空燃比的增加呈现先升高后降低的趋势,在空燃比值为6时燃烧温度最高;不同温度下,硫释放特性有较大的差别,SO2的体积分数随温度的升高而单调减少,NO的体积分数随温度的升高先增加后减小;随着掺烧比例的增加,SO2及NO的排放量呈下降趋势。 Using the software Aspen Plus,a co-combustion model of biomass and coal in circulating fluidized bed boiler was established.The law of co-combustion emission of biomass and coal under different conditions of the biomass-coal blended ratio,the combustion temperature,the moisture content of the biomass and the air-fuel ratio was studied.The results are as follows: Along with increase of the moisture content of biomass,the emissions of combustion produced NO,NO2,SO2,CO and CO2 decrease,and the emissions of SO3 and H2O increase.Along with increase of air-fuel ratio,the combustion temperature rises firstly and then falls,and the combustion temperature is highest when the air-fuel ratio is 6.Under different combustion temperature,sulfur discharge characteristics are different.The volume fraction of SO2 decreases monotonically when the temperature is rising,and along with increase of the temperature,the volume fraction of NO increases firstly,and then decreases.Along with increase of biomass blended ratio,the emissions of SO2 and NO decrease.
