摘要 文中设计一个多功能电阻测试仪。通过恒流驱动方式,实现电阻到直流电压的线性变换,再通过模数变换,实现电阻阻值的数字化测量;通过单片机程序控制和电子开关切换,实现自动测量;通过单片机驱动步进电机,由步进电机同步带动电位器的方式,实现线性电位器的阻值与角度的关系测量。制作表明,文中简易自动电阻测试仪完全达到题目要求的各项指标。 A multi-function resistance testing instrument is designed in the research. Through the way of constant current driving, the linear transform from resistance to voltage is achieved, and the digital measurement of resistor values is realized through analog digital conversion. The measurement can be made automatically through single-chip program control and electronic switch transition. By the way of driving a stepper motor with microcontroller program and potentiometer driven by the stepper motor, the relationship between the linear potentiometer resistance and angle is tested. Practice shows that the simple automatic resistance testing instrument fully meets the required indicators.
