摘要
采用傅里叶红外光谱法(FT-IR)获取样品红外指纹图谱,利用人工神经网络误差反向传播算法(BP-ANN)建立八角茴香(Illicium verum Hook.f.)的红外指纹模型。结果表明,该方法可有效鉴别八角茴香和伪八角,与传统鉴别方法结果基本一致,但更直接和快速。该方法可为八角茴香的鉴别提供借鉴和参考。
The fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) fingerprints of Illicium verum Hook.f.were classified by the model from the back-propagation artificial neural network(BP-ANN).The results showed that it could effectively identify Illicium verum and the fake.The results from BP-ANN were similar to other methods.It provided a new reference for the identification of Illicium verum.
