重金属镉处理对茶树鲜叶营养成分的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以二年生福鼎大白茶[Camellia sinensis(L.)O.Kuntze cv.Fuding Dabaicha]鲜叶为材料,采用外源镉处理,研究不同浓度的镉处理对茶树鲜叶营养成分的影响。结果表明,随着镉处理浓度的增加,茶树鲜叶中茶多酚、叶绿素及游离氨基酸的含量均呈现先上升、后下降的变化趋势。其中叶绿素、茶多酚含量在镉浓度10 mg/kg时达最大值;游离氨基酸含量在镉浓度20 mg/kg时达最大值。可溶性糖的含量随着镉处理浓度的增加而呈减少趋势,处理后茶树鲜叶中咖啡碱的含量均明显低于无外源镉处理的对照。 Using the fresh leaves of biennial Camellia sinensis(L.) O.Kuntze cv.Fuding Dabaicha as material,and treating then with exogenous cadmium(Cd),the effects of different concentration of Cd treatment on the nutritional components of fresh leaves of C.sinensis were studied.The experiment results showed that with the increase of Cd treatment concentration,the content of tea polyphenols,chlorophyll and free amino acids increased before decreased,among which chlorophyll content reached the maximum under the treatment of 10 mg / kg Cd;free amino acids reached the highest when Cd concentration was 20 mg / kg;and tea polyphenols was the highest under the treatment of 10 mg / kg Cd.The content of soluble sugar decreased with the increase of Cd concentration.The caffeine content decreased while the concentration of Cd increased.
