超声辅助提取绵茵陈中绿原酸的工艺优化 被引量:2

摘要 采用超声辅助提取法提取绵茵陈中的绿原酸,通过正交试验选出最佳提取工艺,研究绵茵陈中绿原酸的最佳提取工艺。最佳提取工艺参数:乙醇体积分数为50%,料液比为1:30,提取时间为30min。在此条件下绵茵陈中绿原酸的提取率可达5.802mg/g生药,采用超声波法提取效果好,方法简便易行。 Objective to study the extraction technology of chlorogenic acid from Herba Artemisia Scoparia ~ The methods chlorogenic acid was extracted from Herba Artemisia Scoparia by ultrasound -assisted extraction method, and the optimum extraction conditions were investigated by orthogonal experiment. The results optimum conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration 50% ,solid -liquid ration1:30 and time 30min. Conclusion By the above conditions, the extraction of chlorogenic acid from Herba Artemisia Scoparia can reach 5. 802mg/g. It is convenient to adopt ultrasound - assisted extraction method with a fine extraction effect.
