摘要
目的:提高三叉神经第2支疼的治疗效果。方法:撕脱眶下神经后用羟基磷灰石微粒充填眶下神经孔,借以引导新骨形成使其骨性闭塞,防止神经再生,提高手术疗效。结果:在12只大白兔动物实验取得成功的基础上,1994年1月至1997年10月,对31例三叉神经第2支疼患者用此法治疗,经两年以上随访,疗效满意。结论:本术式简便,易行,安全,疗效可靠,有一定的推广价值。
Objective:To improve the therapeutic effect of infraorbital neuralgia. Methods: Hydroxypaite was implanted in infraor-bital foramen to prevent nerve regeneration. Results:On the base of successful experiment on twelve rabbits,satisfied results were obtained in 31 patients with infraorbital neuralgia from 1994 to 1997 with the follow-up of two years. Conclusion:Infraorbital foramen obliterate operation is a simple, safe, and effective method in treating infraorbital neuralgia, and it is worth of spreading.
