乌桕梓油甲酯中2,4-癸二烯酸甲酯的分离 被引量:1

摘要 鸟桕梓油中含有一种特殊结构的四酯成分,四酯分子水解得到结构特殊的中长链脂肪酸2,4-癸二烯酸,这种烯酸含有多种官能团,性能活泼,具有潜在的应用价值和研究意义。通过酯交换,将梓油中的三酰甘油和四酰甘油转化为脂肪酸甲酯。经过气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC—MS)分析,得出乌桕梓油的脂肪酸甲酯主要为亚油酸甲酯和亚麻酸甲酯,它们各占梓油脂肪酸甲酯总量的30.1%和41.3%,2,4-癸二烯酸甲酯大约占梓油脂肪酸甲酯的4.2%。采用减压间歇精馏的方法,在精馏压力低于500Pa、回流比为l的工艺条件下,收集塔顶温度在93~93℃的塔顶馏分,得到纯度为96.0%的2,4-癸二烯酸甲酯产品,2,4-癸二烯酸甲酯的收率为76.5%。 Stillingia oil extracted from the seeds of Sapium sebiferum Roxb has a special structure of tetracylglycerols. 2,4 - decadienoic acid and 8 - hydroxy -5,6 - octadienoic acid can be obtained from hydrolysis of tetracylg- lycerols. There are multiple functional groups in the two fatty acids, which have great developing value and market prospect. The methyl linolenate containing 41.3 % and the methyl linoleate containing 30.1% were the main composi- tion of stillingia oil methyl ester gained through gas chromatography - mass spectrometry ( GC - MS) analysis. The content of methyl 2,4 - decadienoate was 4.2%. Methyl 2,4 - decadienoate can be separated from the fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) by vacuum batch distillation. When the distillation pressure was lower than 500Pa and the re- flux ratio was 1, the tower fraction of 90 -93 ~C could be collected. Methyl 2,4 -decadienoate with purity of 96.0% could be obtaind. The yield of methyl 2,4 - decadienoate is 76.5%.
