摘要
"公共文化服务均等化"目标的提出,让信息资源的共建共享出现了新的发展契机。本文从国内外信息资源共建共享的发展历程出发,总结了国外共建共享的主要成功范例,从构建区域性信息机构战略联盟、完善用户需求表达机制、强化政府公共服务职能、构建优良的信息环境等几个方面,提出了实现区域性信息普遍均等服务的组织管理和服务路径。
The goal of public cultural services equalization produces new developing chances for information resources constructing and sharing. This article summarizes some main successful foreign examples of information resources constructing and sharing from the history of information resources constructing and sharing at home and abroad. This paper puts forward the reliable way of organization administration and service of regional information universally equal services in the aspects of constructing regional information institution strategic alliances, perfecting users demands expression mecha- nism, strengthening government function of public .services and building excellent information environment.
