摘要
[目的]比较几种湿地植物对生活污水的净化效果。[方法]通过水培试验,研究了水葫芦、美人蕉、花叶芋、剑兰和万寿菊5种植物对生活污水的净化效果。[结果]5种植物对污水都有一定的处理效果,其中水葫芦和万寿菊的处理效果最好。在人工土柱运行试验中,水葫芦对COD、BOD5、NH+4-N、TN、TP的去除率比对照分别提高了12.7%、10.9%、11.5%、4.1%和15.7%;万寿菊对COD、BOD5、NH+4-N、TN、TP的去除率比对照分别提高了16.2%、8.9%、9.2%、7.4%和11.7%。在种植植物的人工土柱中,选择干湿比为1∶5,配水周期为2 d的运行方式更经济,更符合对水污染的处理要求。[结论]该研究可为控制水体污染和水体富营养化提供理论基础。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to compare purifying effect of the domestic sewage by several wetland plants. [ Method ] By hydroponic experiment, purifying effect of the sewage by Eichhornia crassipes, Canna indica, Caladium bicolor, Gladiolas gandavensis and Tagetes erecta was studied. [ Result] The five kinds of plants all had certain treatment effects on sewage, and E. crassipes and T. erecta had the best treatment effect. In running experiment of the artificial soil column, the removal rates of COD, BOD5, NH4 -N, TN and TP by E. crassipes re- spectively rose by 12.7% , 10.9% , 11.5% , 4.1% and 15.7% than that of the control, while the removal rates of COD, BODs, NH4 -N, TN and TP by T. erecta respectively rose by 16.2%, 8.9%, 9.2%, 7.4% and 11.7%. In the artificial soil column cultivating plant, the run manner that wet and dry ratio was 1 : 5, and water cycle period was 2 d was more economic, and corresponded with the processing requirements of water pollution. [ Conclusion] The research could provide theoretical basis for controlling water body pollution and eutrophication.
