摘要
目的分析观察功能性消化不良采用多潘立酮联合复方消化酶治疗的临床效果。方法选择2011年4月至2013年4月来我中心就诊的功能性消化不良患者120例,随机分为2组,对照组和观察组各60例,观察组给予多潘立酮联合复方消化酶治疗,对照组给予多潘立酮治疗,用药4周后观察治疗效果。结果观察组的有效率为98.4%,对照组的有效率为84.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论功能性消化不良采用多潘立酮联合复方消化酶治疗效果比较满意,不良反应较少,可以在临床应用。
Objective To observe functional dyspepsia analyzed with more joint domperidone compound enzymes the clinical effect of treatment. Methods Choose between April 2011 and April 2011 to our hospital, 120 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into 2 groups, control group and observation group of 60 cases, observation group was given more joint domperidone compound enzymes treatment, more than the control group given domperidone treatment, drug curative effect after 4 weeks. Results The effective rate was 98.4 %, the observation group in the control group effective rate was 84.5 %, two groups compare the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Functional dyspepsia multi joint domperidone compound enzymes treatment effect is satisfied, less adverse reaction, can be applied in clinical.
