摘要
目的:探讨职业技能大赛对药学专业人才培养模式的影响。方法:基于我院药学专业人才培养模式,从人才培养模式的确立、课程体系的构建、教学内容的整合、实践教学体系的构建等方面阐述了职业技能大赛的作用。结果与结论:职业技能大赛是依据国家职业技能标准,以突出操作技能和解决实际问题能力的竞赛活动。结合职业技能大赛的要求构建了"2+0.5+0.5"工学结合的人才培养模式和基于工作过程的专业课程体系,促使了药学专业教学内容的整合,完善了实践教学体系的构建。
OBJECTIVE： To explore the influence of vocational skills contest on the talent training mode of pharmacy professionals. METHODS ： Based on talent training mode of pharmacy professionals in our college, the effects of vocational skills contest were interpreted in terms of the development of training mode, the construction of curriculum system, the selection of curriculum content and the construction of practical teaching system. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Vocational skills contest is based on national vocational skills standards, which highlights the operational skills and the ability to solve practical problems. Combined with the requirements of vocational skills contest, we build the work-study combination training mode of ＂2＋0,5＋0.5＂, form the professional curriculum system based on the work process. It promotes the integration of pharmacy professional teaching and improves the construction of teaching system.
