摘要
提高高校党的制度建设科学化水平是提高高校党的建设科学化水平的制度保障和具体体现,要找准当前高校党的制度建设中存在的突出问题,有针对性采取制度化、规范化、科学化举措,优化顶层设计,严格制定程序,完备制度体系,突出领导带头,强化民主监督,真正将高校党的制度建设贯穿于思想、组织、作风和反腐倡廉建设之中,为从根本上推进高校内涵发展、科学发展和又好又快发展提供坚强的制度保障。
It is the guarantee from system and the specific embodiment of enhancement of scientific construction of party school at universities to improve the scientific construction of system of the school. Accordingly, the existing protruding prob- lems must be first located accurately, and the institutional, standardized and scientific measures should be taken to optimize the top-level design, formulate the strict procedures, perfect systems and rules, stress leadership and strengthen the democratic supervision. In this way, the party institutional construction can be executed in our thought, organization, style of work as well as in the process of combating corruption and promoting political integrity. Furthermore, it can be made the solid systemic guarantee for intensive, scientific, sound and fast development of colleges and universities.
