中心动脉压的研究进展及应用 被引量:1

摘要 近几年,随着医学的进步,人们已经认识到中心动脉压(Central artery pressure,CAP)的重要性。日常生活中的血压一般是指肱动脉压,即外周血压,而对血压较为准确地表达应该是CAP,因为外周血压并不能准确地反映CAP的情况。与外周血压相比,CAP对心血管事件有更好的预测价值。2005年经大样本临床研究显示,CAP参数与心脑血管疾病终点事件有密切的关系。本文就CAP的研究进展及应用综述如下。
