摘要
辅导员工作是高职院校学生管理工作的重要组成部分。作为高职院校大学生思想政治教育和日常班级事务管理工作者,辅导员的工作面临着很多困惑。高职院校辅导员必须具有开放的观念和超前的意识,重视对学生人文精神的培养,辅导员队伍建设必须坚持以人为本的科学化理念,走专业化、职业化的发展道路。
A The counselor work is an important part of the student management in higher vocational colleges. As the workers in ideological and political education and daily class affairs management for the students in higher vocational colleges, counselors are facing much confusion in the work. They must have open-minded concept and advanced awareness and pay attention to the humanistic spirit cultivation for the students. The counselor team construction must adhere to human-based scientific concept and take professional and specialized development road.
