摘要
以用为本的教师绩效考核要以"学校可持续发展、教师专业成长、学生终身发展"为导向,从师德、教学工作量、教学效果、班主任工作、教科研、出勤等六个方面构建考核指标体系,将教师的过程性绩效和总结性绩效有机结合,用效率、成绩、自由及岗位职责规范和引导教师,切实提升教育教学质量。
The evaluation of the pefformance of the teachers should be guided by three principles:continuing de- veloping of the schools, the improvement of the professionals, and the developing of the students. From these princi- ples, this paper constructs several indicators to guide and enhance the performances of the teaching quality. Thee in- dicators include professional ethics, loadings, effects, mentor works,scientific research, and attendancy. By utilizing these indicators, evaluation should process in to two steps: in the middle of the semester and at the end of semester. Through these two steps, evaluation serves as guiding teachersactings to elevate the overall performances.
