摘要
目的：探讨黄芪注射液对维持性血液透析尿毒症患者残余肾功能的作用。方法：回顾性分析2011年3月～2012年8月我院42例维持性血液透析患者临床资料，将42例患者随机分为观察组与对照组各21例，对照组常规血液透析，观察组在常规血液透析基础上给予黄芪注射液。结果：治疗12个月后两组患者BUN、Cr均较治疗前改善，以观察组明显，组间比较无显著差异（P〉0．05）；治疗6个月、12个月后两组患者RRF均较治疗前降低，观察组下降幅度小于对照组，组间比较差异显著（P〈0．05）；治疗12个月后一级终点事件观察组23．8％，对照组38．1％（P〈0．05）。结论：应用黄芪注射液可延缓维持性血液透析患者RRF丢失，对改善患者肾功能，延缓疾病进程有一定作用。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Huangqi injection on RRF（residual renal function） of MHD （maintenance hemodialysis） patients. Methods： Retrospective analysis clinical data of 42 patients admitted to our hospital from March 2011 to August 2012. 42 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 21 cases in each. The control group was given conventional hemodialysis; the observation group was given Huangqi injection more. Results： After 12 months of treatment in two groups, BUN, Cr were improved compared with before treatment, the observation group were obvious, no significant differences were found between groups （P〉0.05）. Alter 6 months, 12 months treatment the two groups of patients RRF lower than before treatment, the observation group decreased less than the control group, the difference between groups was significantly （P〈0.05）. After 12 months treatment, the class one endpoint events in the observation group was 23.8% and control group 38.1% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Application of Huangqi injection can delay the hemodialysis patients with loss of RRF, to improve renal function, has a certain effect on slowing the progression of the disease.
