摘要
文章运用实验研究方法探讨其对改善大学生团队合作能力是否具有积极作用。研究结果显示,拓展训练在改善大学生团队合作能力方面具有正向积极作用,且实验前后团队合作能力三个维度因子,即团队凝聚力、信息共享以及互惠性等统计数据均具有显著性差异。
This paper uses the method of experiment research on outward bound improving in the ability of team cooperation. The result shows that there is positive effect on the ability of team cooperation of university student as the subject in the research, and we can find that the all three dimensions of team cooperation, which are team cohesion, information share and team reciprocity, show positive change with great statistical differences.
