钨极氩弧熔敷制备TiC-VC颗粒增强铁基涂层

摘要 钨极氩弧热源熔敷碳钢基体表面预涂的钛铁、钒铁、石墨及铁基自熔合金粉末,获得了具有良好耐磨性能的铁基耐磨涂层。试验测试和分析表明,熔敷层中原位生成了TiC-VC增强体,增强体呈颗粒状均匀分布于基体中,涂层表面硬度达到了HRC55以上,越靠近熔覆层表面,硬度越高,具备良好的耐磨性能。 The large amount of deformation of the welded component is bad for the ship-manufacture, which can impair the quality and the producing period. The reason of the welding distortion of components in the boat-manufacture and all kinds of factors were analyzed. Based on different characteristics of various stages during constructing hull structural members, the processing methods of butt welding, T profiles welding were concluded, which will diminish welding distortion and meet the requirements of precision and performance in the boat-manufacture.
