摘要
本文制备了聚丙烯(PP)//短炭纤维(SCF)复合材料并研究了其力学性能。结果表明,复合材料的拉伸强度随SCF含量的增加有先增加后趋于稳定的趋势,当SCF含量达到6%时,拉伸强度达到极值。随着SCF的加入,冲击强度呈先增加后略有降低的趋势,复合材料在SCF含量为6%时冲击强度达到极值。由此可知,适量的加入SCF对PP起到了较好的增强增韧效果。
The mechanical properties of polypropylene/short carbon fiber (PP/SCF)composites were studied with application of the uni-versal tester and impact tester. The results suggested that the tensile strength and impact strength of the composites reach their maxi-mum with SCF content about 6% .So SCF reached a function of enforcement and toughness for PP.
