摘要
香料烟调制时,在标准化钢架调制棚内采用3种不同的挂烟方式,并将这3种挂烟方式与常规挂烟方式进行比较,结果表明,将标准化钢架调制棚的中档升高30 cm,边档不变的情况下,棚内平均温度较高,相对湿度较低,有利于烟叶变黄、定色及干燥.各调制阶段历时较短,总调制时间最短,调制后烟叶外观质量及内在品质较好.
During the confection of oriental tobacco, three different tobacco hanging methods are applied in the standard steel frame curing sheds and compared with the normal way. The results show that if the mid-range in the standard frame modulation shed is in- creased 30 cm and the side baffle unchanged, the average temperature in it is high but the relative humidity is low which is in favor of yellowing, color fixing and drying tobacco leaves. The shorter time for the confection stages and the shortest time for total confection are achieved with better appearance and internal quality of confected tobacco leaf.
