摘要
伴随着我国城市化进程的加快,对城市化质量的研究日益受到政府和有关学者的重视,但在衡量城市化质量的指标体系上缺乏统一标准。城市化质量的内涵与外延应包括五个方面的内容:一是工业化的质量,二是人口城市化状况,三是市场化的实现程度,四是社会化发展状况,五是可持续发展能力。以此为基础,可以构建城市化质量评价指标体系。
With the acceleration of urbanization in China, scholars and governments begin to pay close attention to the quality of urbanization. However, there is not a unified standard for the index system of urbanization quality. By analyzing the connotation and extension of urbanization, we found that the quality of urbanization should cover five aspects, i.e. the quality of industrialization, the urbanization of population, the degree of marketization, the development of socialization, and the sustainability. Based on these, we construct an evaluation index system of urbanization quality.
