基于VB.net的砝码质量空气浮力修正系统设计

摘要 砝码质量空气浮力修正系统通过VB.net程序环境搭建,采用PComm串口技术将电子天平质量数据进行读取显示和存储,并通过空气参数采集系统读取、显示并存储大气参数实时数据,将换算得到的空气密度应用到质量校准平台上,来对测试的质量进行实时的空气浮力修正,以提高质量校准在不同大气环境条件下的准确度。本修正系统数据存储采用SQL Server 2008设计实现。 The weight mass calibration system was built in VB. net application environment. The electronic balance weight data were read and stored by means of PComm serial interface technology, and the air real-time data were read and stored by means of air parameters acquisition sys-tem. Then the air density data by conversion were applied into weight mass calibration platform for correcting the weight by air buoyancy method during the test. The precision and accuracy of weight calibration during tests was improved under different conditions of atmospheric environ-ment. The data resulted from the calibration system were stored by using SQL Server 2008 software.
