摘要 对某装车站液化气装车前脱水流程进行分析,针对原流程易发生火灾爆炸、人员中毒和造成液化气损耗等弊端,提出改造方案:在球罐罐底增加一个分液包,将液化气脱水的排污口从排污池移到球罐罐底,分液包设置油水界面液位计,实现密闭脱水。改造后,员工可独立完成操作,提升了操作安全性,减少液化气损耗,实现了节能减排。 The paper analyzes the liquefied petroleum gas dehydration process before loading at a certain loading station.Since the liquefied petroleum gas dehydrationisan explosive,toxic and lossyprocess,a modification of planning to add a dispensing package at the bottom of the ball jar is proposed,which moves the outfall from sewage pool to ball jars bottom.A liquidometer is set on the dispensing package.The dehydration processalters to be airtight. After the modification,the process will be operated independently and safely,also reduce the LPG consumption and achieve energy saving and emission reduction.
