摘要
可见光通信技术的推广很大程度上取决于低成本接收机的制备能力,该制备包括光学、光子、电路等元件以及上述元件的集成。文中提出了一种低花费的集成接收机制作方案,提出了一种新型的基于引线键合技术的二维光电检测阵列制备方法,并对光电器件、光学系统的选择,分集接收电路设计思想及其光电集成方案作了详细描述,为下一步的具体制备打下基础。
The widespread use of visible light communication is largely dependent on the ability to fabricate low cost receiver,the fabrication involves the integration of optical components and optoelectronic as well as electronic devices.A low cost integrated receiver fabrication scheme is proposed in this paper.A novel method based on wire bonding technique for manufacture two-dimensional optoelectronic detectors array is described,meanwhile the selection of components about optical and optoelectronic and the design concept of diversity receiver circuit are detailed,making a foundation for next fabrication.
