乙醇介质中简单高效合成吡喃并[3,2-c]吡啶衍生物(英文)

摘要 在回流条件下以乙醇为反应介质,醋酸铵为催化剂,三组分一锅法合成了2-氨基-4-芳基-5-氧代-5,6-二氢-4 H-吡喃并[3,2-c]吡啶-3-甲腈.该方法具有操作简单、反应条件温和、反应时间短等优点. 2-Amino-4-aryl-5-oxo-5,6-dihydro-4H-pyrano[3, 2-c] pyridine-3-carbonitriles have been synthesized by three-component one-pot condensation of aldehyde, pyridine-2,4-diol, and malononitrile in the presence of ammoni- um acetate in EtOH. This method has the advantages of operational simplicity, mild reaction conditions, short reac- tion time, and little environmental impact.
