摘要
为确保我国经济持续健康发展,我们一方面放缓经济增速,另一方面提升质量效益,即实现经济上从外延式发展向内涵式发展的转变。我国经济发展的动力要从要素驱动向创新驱动发展转变。我国改革已经进入攻坚期和深水区,我们必须以更大的政治勇气和智慧,不失时机地深化重要领域的改革。
In order to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the economy in our country, on the one hand, we should slow down the economic growth; on the other hand, we should improve quality benefit, namely to realize economic shift from denotative development to connotative development. The power of our country＇s economy development will shift from element-driving to innovation-driven development. China＇s reform has entered the hard part and the deep water section, we must take more political courage and wisdom, lose no time in deepening the reform of the important areas.
