摘要
针对工业现场控制器硬件资源有限和传输数据易受干扰的问题,提出了一种基于西门子S7-200型PLC的变长协议动态分解的方法。该方法可以充分利用PLC有限的资源进行变长数据传输,通过CRC循环校验减小传输误码率,解决工业环境下数字信号易受突变电磁干扰的问题,为工业现场实时控制提供保证。与固定帧长协议相比,该方法具有可靠性高、信道利用率好、数据传输灵活等特点,能够满足有类似实时控制系统的需要。
Susceptible to the interference of the industrial data transmission and the problem of limited hardware resources for control, proposed a dynamic decomposition method based on S7 - 200 PLC. It can make full use of the limited resources to improve the PLC effectiveness of the variable-length data transfer, and the CRC reduces the transmission error rate, effectively solves the problems of industrial environments digital signal susceptible to mutation electromagnetic interference, so as to provide a powerful guarantee to the intelligent control. Compares to the fixed frame protocol, the method has a high reliability, channel utilization, flexi- ble data transfer to meet the similar requests of real-time control system.
