摘要
基于探索性因子分析建立了物流业跨国并购法律风险指标体系,并利用结构方程模型对其进行了实证研究。结果表明,所建模型可以定量研究物流业跨国并购面临的法律风险各指标之间的相关关系,这对降低物流业跨国并购的法律风险具有现实和理论意义。
In this paper, on the basis of the explorative factor analysis, we established the legal risk index system in the transnational MA of logistics businesses and then studied it empirically using the structural equation model. As a result we found that the model established could quantitatively describe the interrelation between the various factors of the legal risks faced in the transnational MA.
