摘要
针对影响航空物流企业机务维修人员综合素质诸多因素具有的模糊性,引入模糊综合评价理论对航空物流企业机务维修人员的综合素质进行评价,构建了航空物流企业机务维修人员综合素质评价的指标体系,建立了基于模糊综合评价的航空物流企业机务维修人员综合素质评价模型。实证结果表明该方法能有效地利用评价指标的信息,科学合理地评价航空物流企业机务维修人员综合素质状况,具有可操作性和实用性。
In this paper, in the view of the fuzziness concerning the factors influencing the general qualification of the maintenance personnel of the aviation logistics enterprises, we introduced the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory into the evaluation of the general qualification of the personnel, established the corresponding evaluation index system and formulated the general qualification evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. At the end, through an empirical example, we demonstrated the operability and practicality of the model.
