摘要
作为国家瑰宝的民族民间传统文化,具有重大的历史和经济价值。当前民族民间传统文化机遇与危机并存。环视国内外立法的背景,在对黑龙江少数民族传统文化的研究中,探寻适应民族地方的传统文化法律保护模式。以公法和私法的视角来对民族民间传统文化进行保护论证,既能合乎民族传统文化内涵外延需要,又能为全面性的多重保护模式提供法理支持。
