摘要
目的观察葡萄糖酸锌联合无乳糖奶粉治疗小儿迁延性腹泻的效果。方法将就诊的60例迁延性腹泻患儿随机分为两组,对照组(29例)和观察组(31例),两组均采用相同的基础治疗,观察组在基础治疗上按年龄服用葡萄糖酸锌颗粒,并予无乳糖奶粉喂养,治疗5 d后对比两组的疗效。结果观察组总有效率为90.32%,对照组总有效率为72.41%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葡萄糖酸锌联合无乳糖奶粉治疗小儿迁延性腹泻效果显著。
Objective To observe curative effect of Gluconic acid zinc combined no lactose milk powder in the treatment of children refractory diarrhea. Methods Sixty cases were randomly divided into two groups, the control group （29 cases） and observation group （3 l cases）, two groups all used the same basic treatment, observation group in the foundation treatment with Gluconic acid zinc and no lactose milk powder, after 5 days curative effect of two groups wereobserved.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90.32%, the control group was 72.41% ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Curative effect of Gluconic acid zinc combined no lactose milk is remarkable in treatment of diarrhea of children.
