摘要
介绍了 SL 10 5系列柴油机活塞中凸变椭圆裙部外型面设计的理论依据和具体计算方法。该型活塞裙部与气缸套贴合良好 ,无拉缸擦伤现象。经试验实测 ,柴油机性能改善 ,燃油消耗率。
The theoretical basis and calculating methods are presented for the design of oval piston skirt of SL105 series diesel engine. With this type of skirt excellent matches between skirt and liner can be achieved and piston scraping eliminated. Tests showed that the engine performance, fuel and oil consumption were improved.
