摘要
桓谭是一位长期以来未能得到学界足够重视的历史文化名人,其重视实践、因材施教、德教为先、重视人才、知人善任等思想理念为高职教育人才培养模式改革和实践提供了有益的借鉴启示。探究桓谭历史文化资源开发的可行性和途径,提升桓谭的美誉度、知名度和认可度,打造具有本城本土特色的桓谭文化品牌,构建文学、文化和地方经济互动互赢的实用新模式,能够更好地服务地方经济社会发展,实现桓谭历史文化价值和经济价值。
HUAN Tan who was a celebrity in history and culture has not been paid enough attention to for a long time.HUAN Tan advocated that education should attach importance to practice and teach students in accordance with their aptitudes.He also adhered to moral education first principle and the principle of bringing out the best in people and putting people in the right positions.HUAN Tan's education ideas and its talent ideological training model can provide some beneficial guidance and shed light on the vocational talent training mode reform and practice.We should explore the feasibility and ways to develop historical and cultural resources of HUAN Tan and ways to enhance his reputation,popularity and recognition.Furthermore,we should create Huaibei's local brand of HUAN Tan Culture and build a win-win model of literature,culture and local economy,not only to provide a better service for the local economy and social development,but also to ultimately achieve HUAN Tan's historical,cultural and economic values.
