摘要
为研究采用恒压死端过滤方法初选MBR中抗膜污染药剂的可靠性,考察了在搅拌或不同曝气时间条件下,投加不同剂量高分子絮凝剂的活性污泥的静态过滤性能,确定了曝气10min为最佳扰动时间;同时表明,投加高分子絮凝剂可使污泥絮体尺寸增加、Zeta电位升高、上清液中的SMP浓度降低。另外,恒压死端过滤得出的絮凝剂最佳投加量为400 mg/L,这对减缓MBR的膜污染有积极的指导作用。在试验条件下,向MBR中投加400 mg/L的高分子絮凝剂,可使膜污染速率降为对照MBR的74.88%。
To study the reliability of using constant pressure dead-end filtration for selecting a membrane fouling reducer, the effects of stirring or various aeration durations on the filterability of activa- ted sludge in MBR added with different doses of polymeric flocculant were investigated. The optimal aera- tion time was determined to be 10 min. Study on the properties of the activated sludge showed that adding polymeric flocculant could increase the size of the floe and Zeta potential and decrease SMP concentration in the supernatant. The optimal dosage of flocculant was 400 mg/L, which played an important role in controlling membrane fouling in MBR. The membrane fouling rate of the MBR added with flocculant of 400 mg/L was 74.88% of the blank MBR.
