摘要
通过调查烟台检验检疫局辖区内重点出口食品生产企业自检自控实验室的建设现状,针对存在的问题进行分析,通过建立科学的管理体系、完善相关管理规范、制定实验人员检测能力促进计划等方式提出了出口食品生产企业的自检自控改进方案,通过多种措施结合提高企业的自检自控能力。
This paper surveys self-controlled laboratory construction situation within the jurisdiction of Yantai Inspection and Quarantine key export food production enterprises, and analyzes the existing problems. Through the establishment of a scientific management system, improving relevant management practices, the development of laboratory personnel detection capability to promote programs manner of export food production enterprises to improve self-control program, through a variety of measures to improve enterprise combining self-control ability.
