聚乙烯膜单轴拉伸过程半晶结构分析

STUDY ON X-RAY DIFFRACTION ANALYSIS OF MICROSTRUCTURAL CHANGES IN PROCESS OF UNIAXIAL TENSILE FOR POLYETHYLENE FILMS

摘要 将吹塑聚乙烯薄胆在室温下进行单轴拉仲,对在拉力F与伸长率ε的变化曲线上的几个明显转折点处样品的微观结构中品区和非晶区的物理变化,用X射线衍射方法进行分析研究,得到了相当好的规律性结果。 The uniaxial tensile test of the polyethylene films made by blown extrusion has been performed and the curve of tensile force F/extension ratio e has been recorded experimentally. The physical changes of microstructure in crystalline and amorphous regions for specimens at the turning points on the curve have been revealed by X-ray diffraction. The significant results have been obtained.
