摘要
针对当前化肥浪费现状,以精益思想设计化肥物流配送体系。以满足化肥用户个性化需要为宗旨,以信息化为先导,以技术服务为中心,形成化肥物流配送体系。做到适量的产品在适当的时间投入市场,消除浪费,平衡供需,快速运营,提效增值,实现价值最大化和浪费最小化的精益思想要求,这不仅改变化肥浪费的现状,还具有保护资源和环境的意义。推行化肥精益物流的关键在于思想、技术和体制的创新。
Aiming at actual condition of waste of chemical fertilizer, the logistics distribution system of chemical fertilizer is de- signed based on principle of lean thinking. Taking satisfies the user personalize need as the objective, the informationizafion as the forerunner, the technical service as the center, it has enabled the system to choose the right amount of product and enter the market at the right moment, achieve the aim of eliminating waste, balance between demand and supply, speedy operation and en- hancing adding value, and satisfy lean thinking Jequirements about the maximization in value or minimization in waste. It not only change the status quo of chemical fertilizer waste, but also has great significance for protection of resources and environment. The keys to promoting lean logistics of chemical fertilizer are innovation of idea, technology and system.
