摘要
水果蔬菜是关系人类生活质量和健康的重要营养来源。由于果蔬具有鲜活易腐易衰老的生物特性,流通风险和难度很大,对配送技术的要求比较高。文章以A公司为例,对其物流配送发展现状进行分析,针对存在的问题进行优化和改进创新,探索发展现代果蔬物流配送的思路及对策,为果蔬企业未来生存和发展铺平道路,同时也希望对其他果蔬配送企业具有借鉴作用。
Fruits and vegetables are important source of nourishment for mankind＇s quality of life and health. Due to the perish- able fruits and vegetables easy to aging, biological characteristics, availability risks and it is very difficult, to require higher levels of delivery technology. A fruit production company, for example, this paper, an analysis of the current development of its logistics and distribution, optimized for existing problems and improvement and innovation, exploring the thinking and countermeasures of developing modern logistics and distribution of fruits and vegetables, paving the way for future survival and development of enter- prises, also hopes that this research has reference for other fruit and vegetable distribution business.
