摘要
氧杂蒽酮结构由于它极好的生物和药理活性在像芒果苷和普梭草素这样的天然产物中有重要的意义。因此,在合成上这种结构的构造一直都很有吸引力。文章对氧杂蒽酮类化合物进行了综述,对其获取方法及各合成方法的优缺点做了简要的介绍,并对该领域的研究前景作了展望。
The xanthone substructure is of significance in natural products such as mangiferin and psorospermin due to its excellent biological and pharmacological activities. Thus, construction of such substructures has been synthetically attractive. In the paper, the research progress on xanthones was reviewed, the ways to get xanthones and the advantages and disadvantages of different synthetic methods was introduced briefly, and the future research in this field was predicted.
