摘要
目的:优选枸骨果实中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以提取时间、乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取次数为考察因素,以总黄酮含量为评价指标,采用单因素试验、正交试验优选枸骨果实中总黄酮的提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为用12倍量的75%乙醇,超声提取60 min。结论:该提取工艺简便、快捷,可用于提取枸骨果实中的总黄酮。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from the fruits of Ilex cornuta. METHODS : The extraction technology of the total flavonoids from the fruits of I. cornuta was optimized by single test and orthogonal design with extraction time, ethanol concentration, ratio of drug to liquid and extraction times as factors with total flavonoids content as index. RESULTS: The optimal extraction technology was as follows: 12-folds 75% ethanol, ultrasonic extraction for 60 min. CONCLUSIONS: The extraction method is simple, rapid and applicable for the extraction of total flavonoids from the fruits of 1. cornuta.
