摘要
随着原料性质不断变化以及硫质量分数的增加(由原来的0.4%上升至0.9%),导致催化裂化装置反再系统设备和管线腐蚀速度加剧。为及时掌握反再系统设备和管线的腐蚀情况,对催化裂化装置反再系统腐蚀机理、易腐蚀部位及防护措施进行了分析,另外也对催化裂化装置反再系统易发生腐蚀部位进行了案列分析并提出了相应的防护措施。近两年来装置反再系统腐蚀有所控制,实现装置连续两年长周期运行。
Tile conosion speed of equipment and pipelines in FCCU reactor and regenerator system became increasingly faster with frequent changes of FCC feedstock properties and increased weight percentage of sulfur (which was increased to 0.9% from 0.4% ). In order to know the corrosion conditions in the equipment and pipelines in FCCU reactor and regenerator system in a timely manner, the corrosion mechanisms and locations subject to corrosion in FCCU reactnr and regenerator system as well as protection measures were analyzed. Corrosinn cases were studied and corresponding corrosion protection measures were recommended. After implementation of these measures, the corrosion in the reactor - regenerator system has been brought under control, and FCC unit has been operating smoothly for two years.
