摘要
采用9对SSR特异性引物对湖北省92个梨品种(类型)的遗传变异和亲缘关系进行了分析。结果表明,9对引物共扩增出71个等位基因,不同引物扩增的等位基因差异较大,从5个到12个不等,平均每个位点7.9个等位基因。位点杂合度在0.616~0.868之间,平均值为0.788;Shannon-Weaver指数在1.690 2~2.964 4之间。采用UPGMA聚类分析法构建的系统树将92个梨品种划分为5组:白梨组、砂梨组、杂交类、豆梨组和半野生组。SSR分析结果说明湖北省梨地方资源具有丰富的遗传多样性和复杂的亲缘关系。
Genetic variation and genetic relationship of 92 pear varieties of Hubei province were analyzed using 9 pairs of specific SSR primers. The results showed that 71 alleles were detected. Different primers amplified allele numbers ranged from 5 to 12. The average number of alleles was 7.9. The locus heterozygosity was between 0.616 and 0.868 with average of 0.788. Shannon-Weaver index was between 1.690 2 and 2.964 4. Based on the UPGMA cluster analysis, 92 pear varieties could be obviously divided into 5 major groups such as Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd., Pyrus. pyriforlia Nakai, complex hybrid types,Pyrus calleryana Dcne and semi-wild pear. It is indicated that the local resources of pear from Hubei province have genetic diversity and complex genetic relationship.
