摘要
关于H点分布位置的研究见报道的很多,但均未给出座椅升降四连杆的设计指导。建立了座椅升降四连杆的机构简图,建立了关键节点的坐标代数方程,并根据车身总布置进行了合理的已知量假设和参数预选,从而确定了四连杆的设计参数。同时开发了基于EXCEL的设计程序和基于CATIA的验证程序,并对国内某款自主品牌车型座椅四连杆进行了优化设计及验证。结果表明:该方法拟合精度高,拟合曲线与给定H点轨迹上各点的偏差绝对值不超过0.050 mm。
The studies about H-point distribution have been reported widely, while design guideline for the seat lifting four-bar linkages didn't achieved. The linkages’ mechanism diagram and the algebraic equations of key pitch points’ coordinate were established,then the design parameters for the linkages were achieved through reasonable quantities assuming and parameters preselecting based on the automobile general arrangement. The EXCEL-hased designing program arid CATfA-ljaaed verifying program were also developed and used for the optimizing and verifying of one own-brand vehicle seats. The results show that acxuiracy of this method is high and the absolute deviation value is less than 0. 050 mm.
