摘要
用日本岛津公司生产的AG-10TA型电子拉力试验机附属毛细管流变仪研究了LDPE、HDPE、PP、PS、ABS等塑料熔体挤出过程中的不稳定流动,获得了几种塑料在不同温度、不同入口角和不同长径比下不稳定流动出现时的临界剪切速率值,以及临界值随温度、入口角和长径比的变化规律,对优化挤出口模设计、优化挤出工艺和实现高速挤出具有指导意义。
Instable flow of plastic melt in extrusion for materials such as low-density polyethylene, high-dencity polyethylene,acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer and polystyrene was studied with SHIMADZU Autograph Flow Test Equipment. The critical shearing rate and its variation with temperature, the die' s entrance angle and length-to-diameter ratio was obtained, which played a guide role in designing of extrusion dies, optimizing of extrusion techniques and processing of high-speed extrusion for these materials.
