摘要
通过轴封测温试验,分析喷油量和轴封腔挡油结构对轴封温度的影响。试验结果表明,增加轴封腔喷油量可以有效降低轴封温度,增加挡油结构可使轴封各处升温均匀,这两项措施都有利于提高螺杆式制冷压缩机运行的可靠性。
The shaft seal temperature is tested and the influences of oil spray amount and oil shaft seal chamber's oil retaining structure on the shaft seal temperature are ana- lyzed. The test results show that increasing the oil spray amount of shaft seal cavity can ef- fectively decrease the shaft seal temperature and adding the oil retaining structure can help to balance the shaft seal temperature increase. These two measures are both helpful for im- proving the operation reliability of screw refrigeration compressor.
