摘要 为了解决大型组合臂架的侧向刚度不足问题,设计出一种组合臂架的桁架式加强结构.依据GB/T3811—2008进行计算,该加强结构克服了大型组合主臂架侧向刚度不足的问题.为了定量化表达该加强结构的作用效果,运用有限元计算软件SAP2000对环轨起重机的臂架结构进行了3种典型工况的计算.经计算分析,该加强结构可显著提高组合臂架刚度,为大型组合臂架的研制提供参考. In order to resolve the stiffness lacking of lateral large-scale combined jibs, a specific truss- type reinforced structure is designed. In calculation with GB/T 3811-2008, the reinforced structure can e- liminate the bespoke problem. To quantify the effect of reinforced structure, three typical conditions of 2 500 t circular track crane jibs are calculated using the finite element analysis software SAP2000TM. Upon completion of calculation analysis, the reinforced structure can significantly enhance the stiffness of large- scale combined jibs. Therefore, this approach provides a reference to large-scale combined jib design.
