分层管理对手术室护士职业压力及满意度研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨手术室应用分层管理前后临床护士职业压力与满意度的改变,探析分层管理在手术室应用的可行性。方法以我院手术室为研究对象,实施以科学管理和行为管理为基础,以"我包干我负责"为理念,实施护士分层目标管理,评价全科临床一线护士工作满意度问卷量表和护士工作压力源量表评分。结果管理后满意度总分、工作状态及人际关系均明显高于管理前(P<0.05),除工作环境评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05)外,压力源总分和其他维度评分比较均明显低于管理前(P<0.05)。结论分层管理使手术室现有护理人力资源得到合理配置,增加临床护士职业认同感,降低护士工作压力源,提高护理质量。 Objective To explore the changes of occupation stress and satisfaction of nurses in operation room when the hierarchical management was used in operation room and analyze the feasibility of hierarchical management used in operation room. Methods The nurse hierarchical object management was implemented in our hospital on the basis of the scientific and behavior management and the idea of my responsibility for everything. The stress questionnaire of clini- cal nurses and satisfaction scale scores were investigated. Results The satisfaction scores, working state and interpersonal relationship were significantly higher than before management (P〈O.05). The scores except for the working environment were no significant difference (P〉0. 0,5). The scores of stress source and other comparative dimensions were significantly lower than before management (P〈0.05).ConclusionsThe hierarchical management can make the use of nursing human resources in operation room rational, increase the occupation identity of clinical nurses,reduce the work stress of nurses and improve the quality of nursina care.
